This covers your Child's Meals, Lodging, Activities, Transportation, and Supervision.

*Attention Group Organizers. Anyone representing a third party organization must first contact the main office to speak with a program representative before registering campers.
*All foreign exchange students must be at least 13 years old and have basic English proficiency in order to ensure their safety during the camp experience.
Deposits for summer camps are nonrefundable.
Refund Policy Program fees will be returned if one of the following conditions are met:
There is a medical reason that the member can no longer attend. A doctor’s note will be needed to confirm.
If a credit card has been charged in error, we will refund the amount charged within 3 business days of identifying the error.
More than 60 days before camp Fees are fundable, less the Deposit
Less than 60 days before camp, there are no refunds unless the conditions above are met ( Medical or registration error).
